APPLICATIONS
- Land Division Review Application
(PDF document, 1 page, 64 kB) – Application is used when a property owner
is dividing their land into multiple parcels. An example would be dividing a 40 acre
parcel into 4-10 acre parcels. This should not be confused with a driveway application.
As part of this process we also provide a driveway permit at no additional cost if
the access road or driveways are to be constructed within one year. Many property
owners divide parcels for estate planning purposes and don't want to install driveways
at the time the parcels were created.

including site condominiums and subdivisions.
