Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held on February 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at the Road Commission offices at 11318 Main St, Honor Michigan, for the purpose of discussing permit fees.
BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Benzie County Road Commission at 11318 Main St, P O Box 68, Honor MI 49640 until 10:00 A.M., on Wednesday, February 27th, 2008 for furnishing the following:
CALCIUM CHLORIDE BRINE
COLD PATCH-CP6
CORRUGATED METAL AND PLASTIC PIPE
6 FT GRADER BLADES
GUARDRAIL
Further information and specifications may be obtained at the Road Commission office. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes, plainly marked as to contents and the name of the bidder. Telephone or faxed bids will not be accepted.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to award the bid in a manner deemed in the best interests of Benzie County.
