Road Mileage Certification Maps by Township - as of 12-31-2023

These maps certify roads which are under the jurisdiction of the Benzie County Road Commission, the length of each road, and the fact that these roads are normally open to automobile traffic May through October.

2024 ROAD PROJECTS

FEDERAL PROJECTS – (Funded by Federal, State-D and Road Commission Funds)
-North Manistee County Line Road, from US-31 to Kurick Road (chip seal),
-Kurick Road, from North Manistee County Line Road to M-115 (chip seal),
-S. Weldon Road, from M-115 to Lindy Road (chip seal) and
-Karlin Road, from Lindy Road to GT County line (chip seal)

LOCAL ROAD PROJECTS – (Funded by Road Commission Millage Revenue)
-Fewins Road, from CR-669 to Reynolds Road (overlay paving),
-Brownell Road, from Weldon Road to Pioneer Road (overlay paving),
-Lamb Road, from US-31 to Fewins Road (overlay paving) and
-Barber Road, from Ole White Road to Reynolds Road (overlay paving)

PRIMARY ROAD PROJECTS – (Funded by Road Commission Millage Revenue)
-Reynolds Road, from Cedar Run Road to the county line (chip seal),
-Reynolds Road, from US-31 to CR-610 (chip seal),
-Lake Ann Road, from US-31 to Lake Ann village limits (chip seal), and
-Cedar Run Road, from Lake Ann Road to GT County line (chip seal).
